Third day in a row and a hefty interval training programme today and it hurt... alot!
Funnily, it didn't hurt while I was training it was after I had cooled down and showered - however the results are already starting to show. It looks like a good 4lb weightloss this week, the mid-life lurve handles and stuff are definitely strating to firm up and I have more energy.
I think I might give myself a day off from the gym tomorrow but do a couple of miles gentle walk - regardless of the weather!
